If you have a light and/or alarm, please call the Steuben Lakes Regional Waste District at 260-665-9865 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. After hours you may call the same telephone number but you will need to key in 409 to be transferred to the On-call cell phone or you may call the On-call cell phone directly at 260-316-6648.

The sanitary sewer collection and treatment system belongs to the Steuben Lakes Regional Waste District, which is a sewer utility. You as a customer are not authorized to perform any maintenance on the SLRWD’s sanitary sewer collection and treatment system.

You as a customer are responsible to prevent prohibited materials from entering the sanitary sewer collection system.
